Late cancellations are charged the cost of an acupuncture treatment, or a $50 fee for first-time visits, except for microneedling treatments (which are treated as a missed appointment). If we are able to reschedule your appointment within the same business week, no fee will apply. If the clinic is closed, you must cancel through our online scheduling system at rootandbranch.janeapp.com
