Acupuncture (New Patient)

Your first visit includes a review of your health history and current concerns, tongue and pulse assessment, acupuncture treatment, and any other modalities your practitioner determines are appropriate. You'll rest with your needles in place for approximately 30 minutes, after which we'll discuss your personalized treatment plan together.

A credit or debit card on file is required to book this visit. Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to complete our intake form. Please complete this at least 24 hours prior to your treatment so your practitioner has time to review your health history and prepare for your treatment. 

Of note to prepare for your treatment:

• Do not brush your tongue for 24 hours before your visit. The tongue plays a vital role in corroborating your Chinese medicine diagnosis.

• In the hours before your visit, do not have anything that will stain your tongue, such as candy, grape juice, soda, etc. We also recommend not consuming caffeine before your treatment.

• We recommend that you are neither too hungry nor too full and wear comfortable clothing.
