As of 2025, we are out of network with all insurance providers! However, we can still bill your insurance as an out of network provider depending on your plan.
Cigna, Aetna, & UHC: In most cases, we will bill for Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare. Please submit your insurance information below and we can verify your benefits.

Others. We are out-of-network providers with all other insurances and do not bill them. However, we are happy to provide you with a Superbill (an itemized receipt for you to submit to insurance yourself) or other receipt for your Flex spending, Health Savings or other tax-incentivized accounts.

We do take FSA and HSA!
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. For all clients, we must have a valid credit card on file. Current prices are available on Jane, our online scheduler.
